Fruit Processing

Juice and oils are extracted after sizing using three different extraction methods, depending on the fruit size and cultivar. Immediately after extraction, the juice passes through a finisher before it is fed to either a pasteurizer or evaporator.

Global Distribution

The large logistical footprint enables us to serve various international markets as well as local markets. We are able to ship our products globally with the option of storage in international ports.

All our facilities are FSSC2200 and SGF accredited affirming our drive to conform to international standards of food safety. CFP makes use of both in-house and 3rd party laboratories for batch testing.
